Toyota launches a special ‘Customer Care’ initiative in flood affected regions of Patna

Patna, October , 2019: In line with its ‘Customer First’ philosophy, Toyota Kirloskar Motor [TKM], along with its dealer partner in Patna, M/S Budha Toyota, has introduced a customer-centric initiative, offering a host of services to customers affected by the aftermath caused by the floods in Patna. Addressing the immediate needs of its customers, this is an endeavor by TKM to offer relief and minimize inconvenience for them, through speedy repairs and easy insurance claims.

As a part of this initiative, TKM has taken support of various insurance companies to facilitate spot insurance survey at the location of the damaged vehicles, facilitating speedy clearance of insurance claims. With an objective to accelerate repairs and offer swift action, supply of special parts is being taken up on priority by TKM and its dealer partner, M/S Budha Toyota. Toyota will further offer special services including: free of cost estimation of the repairs, nominal part discounts on ‘customer paid’ portion of the repairs required by their vehicles. Additionally, through its ‘Roadside Assistance’ program, customers can also avail free of cost towing facility to the dealership.
