Bisalpur fills 313.31 metres as against its full height of 315.50 metres, enough for 3 Rajasthan district till 2025

Drinking water will not be an issue for the people of Tonk, Ajmer and Jaipur for another 10 months, thanks to a plentiful monsoon which has seen Bisalpur dam filled to 62% of its capacity.


Till 5pm on Monday evening, the water level in the dam reached a height of 313.31 metres as against its full height of 315.50 metres, translating into 677.495 million cusec metres of water against a capacity of 1,095.540 million cusec metres.
