“What matters most for success in the entrepreneurship journey is perseverance” as per the views expressed by 11 Co-founders of startups graduated from Manipal Universal Technology Business Incubator (MUTBI). They also shared their experience on a value system, networking, accepting failures, student issues as other factorsto consider during the entrepreneurship journey. They were appreciative of how the Manipal ecosystem has helped them become entrepreneurs, even though they never dreamt of it at the time of their admission to an Institute.

During his presidential address Lt. Gen. (Dr.) M. D. Venkatesh, Vice Chancellor, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) mentioned about Govt. initiatives towards Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He urged aspiring entrepreneurs to innovate and take up the entrepreneurial  initiative, as there will be a lot of scopein the coming decade for entrepreneurship due to several initiatives of Government of India like Atmanirbhar Bharat.

The virtual interaction with Co-founders of MUTBI graduated startups was jointly organized by Manipal Institute of Technology, Office of Corporate Relations, MAHE and MUTBI as part of 10th year celebrations of MUTBI. 11 Co-founders, who incubated their startups at MUTBI were present as panelists and shared their journey of entrepreneurship.  Mr. Vijay Varada – Fracktal Works ,  Mr. VatsalAmbastha – Digibeings Media,  Mr. Priyadeep Sinha – Vice President GAME, Mr. Abhishek Bhaduri – Swiggy,  Mr. YunusTonse – Tonse Technologies, Mr. AnirudhBatwara – DOST, Mr. Shashank Jha – Webloom Solutions, Mr. Shashank Tulsyan – Urban Choice, Mr. Akash Murthy – EUPRIME, Mr. Kunal Gandhi – Culinary Stories, Mr. Gopal Krishna – 3D Usher, were the panelists. 

Dr. D Srikanth Rao, Director-MIT, Dr. Raviraja N S, Director-Corporate Relations, MAHE, Dr. Manohar Pai, Founding CEO-MUTBI, Dr. Y ShrihariUpadhyaya, CEO-MUTBI, Dr. Santhosha Rao, AGM-MUTBI, were present during the program.
