 RLG Systems India, a subsidiary of Munich-headquartered Reverse Logistics Group(RLG) – a leading global service provider of comprehensive reverse logistics solutions, has announced the company’s awareness and collection strategy for FY22-23 by introducing Pink City E Waste Collection Drive programme under its flagship campaign, Clean to GreenTM (C2G).

Under the aegis of Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board,the Pink City E Waste Collection Drive would see amini commercial vehicle (chothahatti) covering the expanse of Southeast and Northeast of Jaipur. The main objective of the program is to reach out to a diverse audience including school students, corporations, bulk consumers, retailers, Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), dealers, informal sector, and healthcare providers, spreading the word about the Dos, Don’ts and hazards associated with E-Waste. This Collection Drive shall be spreading awareness to the end users with an objective of ‘Organic E-waste Collection’.

The collection drive was flagged off on April 08th, 2022 by Smt. Veenu Gupta IAS, Chairperson, RSPCB from Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board,4, Jhalana Institutional Area, Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004.

The E Waste Collection Vehicle shall be running in Jaipur from 8th April 2022 to 7th May 2022 covering Gandhi Nagar, Bapu Nagar, Bajaj Nagar, Malviya Nagar, Mahaveer Nagar, Durgapura, Jagatpura, Pratap Nagar, Tonk Road, Walled City, Jawahar Nagar, Tilak Nagar, Sethi Colony, Adarsh Nagar, Rajapark, Agra Road and Delhi Road. Electronic waste (e-waste) typically includes discarded servers, computer monitors, motherboards, printers, mobile phones and chargers, compact discs, headphones, television sets, washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators etcetera. India is currently the third largest producer of e-waste[1] in the world.

Gracing the monumental event as the Chief Guest, Smt.
