

Jaipur, February 21, 2025.
A ‘Sammukh’ program will be organized at Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) on February 23, which will include book discussions and poetry readings. This event will be held at Krishnayan Auditorium from 4 PM.
The chief guest of the program will be Jaipur District Collector Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni, while senior journalist and satirist Yashwant Vyas will preside. Program coordinator Pramod Sharma informed that three important books related to literature, culture and history will be discussed in this session.
The program will include a discussion on ‘Kahu Ki Kathi Dhara’ (Author: Nand Bhardwaj). This book tells the story of social and political changes after independence. It depicts the Marwar state, Azad Hind Fauj and the struggle against the feudal system. Also, ‘Jahan Baat Johte Hain Devta’ (Author: Devanshu Padmanabh) will be discussed.
It provides a detailed description of ancient ruined temples in eastern-central Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, which were once magnificent temples of the Nagar style.
The third book ‘Cultural and Archaeological Heritage’ (edited by: Vijay Joshi) is a collection of research articles by archaeologist Ramesh Varid, which discusses important topics related to culture, history and archaeology. In this program, distinguished poets Kamna Rajawat, Kishan Pranay, Sharda Krishna and Abhilasha Pareek will recite their poems.
