Fatehpur shivers at -1.2°C even as min temperatures rise slightly across Raj
Jaipur, December 16, 2024.A marginal rise in minimum temperatures was recorded across the state on Sunday. Fatehpur continued to be the coldest place in the state with a minimum temperature of minus 1.2 degrees Celsius, Met reports said.For the seventh consecutive day on Sunday, people in many places in the state experienced shivering cold conditions. Though a rise of almost one degree was observed on average, it was not enough to be seen as relief.Attributing the climatic conditions to the active upper air cyclonic circulation, the Met office said that the mercury is likely to take an upward swing on Monday.
