Rajasthan Housing Board will launch a multi-storey flat scheme in Mansarovar, Jaipur. After about 14 years, a government agency is going to launch a residential scheme for the general public in Jaipur city.
In this scheme, flats will be built for Middle Income Group-‘A’ (MIG-A) and Middle Income Group-‘B’ (MIG-B). According to sources, this scheme will be located near Apex Hospital on Sector-5 Shipra Path Sarayu Marg in Mansarovar. 160 flats are proposed to be built in this scheme. After winning the case on this land a few months ago, the board administration has planned this scheme on this land.
The determination of flat size and rates in the scheme is still pending. Sources say that the price of one flat will be more than 45 lakh rupees. The plan is to build 2 and 3 BHK flats. Which could be launched in May or June.
