Utpanna Ekadashi 2024: Significance
Utpanna Ekadashi holds a great religious and spiritual significance in Hindu religion.
According to the Tamil Calendar, Utpanna Ekadashi falls in the month of Karthigai Masam and this tpanna Ekadashi occurs in Thulam of Vrishchika Month as per Malayalam Calendar. People also offer prayers to the Goddess Ekadashi on this sacred day. In other regions such as in North India, people observe Utpanna Ekadashi in the month of Margashirsha.
Ekadashi is purely dedicated to honor Lord Vishnu and this day is considered as the most auspicious and sacred day to worship Shri Hari. Lord Vishnu devotees worship him and observe fast to please Lord Vishnu and they perform various puja rituals with purity and devotion to seek blessings of Shree Hari. It is said that Ekadashi fast is mainly observed to get relieved from all types of past and present sins and get moksha or salvation. This fast also enlighten you with the spirituality.
