The celebration of Phag and Holi is going to start from Thursday in the adorable god Govinddevji temple, which will continue for the next 6 days. It is going to be inaugurated on Thursday with Lathmar Holi. Brij Ras Phagotsav will be inaugurated by Govts Vitthal Maharaj in the temple premises at 12 noon on Thursday.
Till 4 pm, devotees will play Holi of flowers with Thakurji on the songs of Phagotsav and Lathmar Swang Holi. The next day on Friday, a three-day Holikotsav will begin in the presence of Mahant Anjan Kumar Goswami.
Manas Goswami, the service officer of Govinddevji temple, said that Pushpa Phagotsav will be celebrated on March 10-11 in the Satsang Bhawan of the temple. Pushp Phaag will be played in the form of Radha-Krishna, Gopi-Gwal on the bhajans of Bhajan Samrat Bal Vyas Shrikant Sharma from 1 pm to 4.30 pm.
The timing of Rachana Tableau will be from 3 to 4:30 pm. The people of Jaipur are very fond of this program. In this, along with professional artists, daughters-in-law of the families also participate. Peacock dance and Lathmar Holi are the main attractions of this event.
