Tata Motors Group global whole sales at 341,791 in Q3 FY25

Mumbai, January 2025. The Tata Motors Group global wholesales in Q3 FY25, including Jaguar Land Rover**were at 341,791 nos., higher by 1%, as compared to Q3 FY24. Global wholesales of all Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range in Q3 FY25 were at 97,535 nos., lower by 1%, over Q3 FY24.  Global wholesales of Tata Motors passenger vehicles* in Q3 FY25 were at 139,829nos., higher by 1% as compared to Q3 FY24.  Global wholesales for Jaguar Land Rover** were 104,427 vehicles, higher by 3% as compared to Q3 FY24.Jaguar wholesales for the quarter were 5,604 vehicles, while Land Rover wholesales for the quarter were 98,823 vehicles.

72,300 charging stations will be built for electric vehicles across the country

New Delhi, January 07, 2025. The central government will provide an 80 per cent or higher subsidy (which could increase to 100 per cent in exceptional cases) on the upstream infrastructure required to set up electric public fast charging stations across the country under the Rs 2,000 crore PM Electric Drive Revolution in Innovative Vehicle Enhancement (PM eDRIVE) scheme (which replaced the Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of [Hybrid &] Electric Vehicles in India schemes). 72,300 charging stations will be built across the country. BII to make Rs 650 cr in final tranche of investment on M&M’s EV arm

Automaker Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd on Monday said British International Investment Plc will make a final tranche investment of Rs 650 crore, as against earlier planned investment of Rs 725 crore, in its electric vehicles arm.
