Senior journalist Ram Singh Shekhawat considers the scams that took place in Pratap Khachariyawas’s department when he was the Transport Minister and Food and Supplies Minister in the Congress government as a noose around his neck. In civil lines, stories of hooliganism and criminal history of him and his relatives have also become a cause of concern for the Congress candidate.
