IT services company, Capgemini India, CEO, Ashwin Yardi, has stated that working 47.5 hours a week is sufficient. Yardi said that he is against making employees work on weekends.
On Tuesday, at the NASSCOM Technology and Leadership Forum, an employee asked about the ideal number of working hours in a week. In response, Yardi said that for the past four years, he has been working on the principle of not sending any emails to employees on weekends.
