Mumbai, May 28, 2024.Adding another valuable asset to their list of possessions, Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput Kapoor have purchased a luxury sea-view apartment worth about Rs 60 crore,  The apartment is located in the Oberoi 360 West project in Mumbai’s Worli area.“The particular apartment was purchased by the Chandak Realty at a price of around Rs 65,000 per sqft and it has now been sold at a price of over Rs 1 lakh per sq ft. This is over 50 per cent appreciation in a period of one year,” HT quoted an unnamed real estate consultant as saying. Shahid and Mira Kapoor reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore for the transaction.

Dish TV Q4 net loss widens to Rs 1,990 cr, revenue declines 19 pc to Rs 407 cr

New Delhi, May 28, 2024.Direct-to-home broadcast service provider Dish TV India on Monday said its consolidated net loss widened to Rs 1,989.69 crore in March 2024 quarter due to impairment of investments in OTT business Watcho as well as property, plant and equipment.The company had reported a net loss of Rs 1,710.62 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.Its revenue from operations was down 19.38 per cent to Rs 406.95 crore during the quarter under review as against Rs 504.82 crore in the corresponding quarter.
