Ganesh temples in Jaipur are echoing with Ganpati Bappa Morya… Mangal Murti Morya since morning. Thousands of devotees are reaching Moti Dungri Ganesh Temple, Parkota Ganesh Temple, Nahar Ke Ganesh and Garh Ganesh Temple in Jaipur.
Ganesh Chaturthi festival started on Wednesday morning with Mangala Aarti in temples. After this, devotees got their first darshan of the giver of Riddhi-Siddhi. Somewhere the Lord is adorned with a gold crown and somewhere, Gajanan is seen in royal attire.
Devotees started lining up at Jaipur’s Moti Dungri Ganesh temple from late Tuesday night. Here Lord Ganesha was specially adorned and seated on a silver throne wearing a gold crown.
3100 kg of mehendi was offered to Ganpati. This mehendi was brought from Sojat in Pali. After the puja, mehendi was distributed as prasad at five places in the temple premises from 7:30 pm onwards.
