Arshdeep Singh’s fiery new ball spell helped India to bundle South Africa to 148 runs falling short by 135 runs chasing a mammoth total of 284 runs in the final T20I at The Wanderers in Johannesburg on Friday.
Earlier Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and opted to bat first. Centuries from Sanju Samson and Tilak Varma have helped India to get to 283/1 from 20 overs. It is the second ton for both the batters in the series.
With the win, India has also won the series 3-1. Since the T20 World Cup win earlier this year in June India is yet to lose a bilateral T20I series. They have beaten Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and now South Africa.
