Jaipur, March 31,2025.
Jaipur came alive on Monday with the grand Gangaur Yatra, a stunning display of devotion, culture, and royal heritage.
Celebrated with immense enthusiasm across Rajasthan, Jaipur’s Gangaur procession stood out as a breathtaking blend of tradition, history, and faith.
The procession commenced from Tripolia Gate, where Padmanabh Singh, a member of Jaipur’s former royal family, performed sacred rituals and offered prayers to Gangaur Mata, marking the beginning of the divine journey.
As the yatra moved through the streets, the skies transformed into a mesmerizing floral shower, with drones raining petals upon the divine parade. The rhythmic beats of traditional drums and bands echoed through the city, enhancing the festival’s grandeur.
Adding to the splendor were majestic elephants, camels, and horses, reminiscent of Jaipur’s royal past. The procession also featured ornate palanquins, cannons, and beautifully decorated carriages, evoking a regal charm. Enthralling performances by folk artists, including the energetic Kachhi Ghori and Ger dances, left spectators spellbound, while impersonator artists captivated both locals and tourists with their engaging antics.
