Status on WhatsApp is similar to Instagram Stories or Snapchat — a short video or image you post that disappears after a while. It even shows up on your profile picture. Now, with the music feature, these updates become even more lively and personal.
Meta confirmed that users will get access to a wide collection of songs. Whether you want a trending track or a soothing melody, you can pick what suits your mood. When creating a Status, simply tap the music icon at the top, search for a song or artist, and select your favorite part of the track
