Oppo has expanded its F-series smartphone range in India with the launch of Oppo F29 and Oppo F29 Pro. The handsets feature FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED displays and boast a 360° Armour Body. The smartphones are also certified for 14+ military-grade environmental tests. Oppo F29 5G is priced at ₹23,999 onwards, while the Oppo F29 Pro comes with a starting price of ₹27,999. Both the devices will go on sale on March 27 via Amazon, Flipkart and the company’s online store.
Oppo F29 5G is priced at ₹23,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, while the 8GB + 256GB model costs ₹25,999. The Oppo F29 Pro 5G is available at ₹27,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, ₹29,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model, and ₹31,999 for the top-end 12GB + 256GB version.
The Oppo F29 series will be available for purchase on Amazon.in, Flipkart, the Oppo India online store, and offline retail outlets. Sales begin on March 27th for online platforms and April 1st for offline stores, with pre-orders starting today, March 20th.
Customers can enjoy up to a 10% instant bank discount on credit card transactions from SBI, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, and IDFC First Bank. The Oppo F29 5G features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2412×1080 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1200 nits peak brightness. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 4nm Mobile Platform, featuring an octa-core CPU with 4x A78 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 4x A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz, along with an Adreno 710 GPU. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and offers storage options of 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1.
Running on Android 15 with ColorOS 15, Oppo F29 supports dual SIM (nano + nano). The rear camera setup consists of a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP monochrome sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, accompanied by an LED flash. The front camera is 16MP with an f/2.4 aperture.
The device includes an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. It measures 161.6×74.5×7.7mm and weighs 185g in Deep Purple and 189g in Glacier Blue.
