Rajasthan Deputy chief minister Diya Kumari visited the Sawai Bhoj Temple in Asind on the occasion of Lord Shri Devnarayan’s 1113th birth anniversary, where she offered prayers and addressed a public gathering.
Speaking to the media, she responded to the Congress State President’s demand for an ERCP bureau, stating that the current government had achieved more in one year than the Congress did in five years. She also reaffirmed the necessity of the anti-conversion bill introduced in the assembly and expressed confidence that it would likely be passed in the final week of the session.
During her visit, Diya Kumari inspected the temple’s cowshed and Prem Sagar pond, promising budget allocations for the pond’s renovation. She also announced plans for the beautification of Prem Sagar pond and the establishment of a girls’ residential school at the Sawai Bhoj pilgrimage site. Additionally, she urged local representatives to submit a proposal for a university named after Sawai Bhoj.
