The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially released the annual player contracts for Team India (Senior Men) for the 2024–25 season, which runs from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. As anticipated, after an year of ignorance, Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan made it into the annual contract list. Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah and Ravindra Jadeja retained for category A+
The BCCI’s contract list reflects a blend of experience and youth. While seasoned performers continue to enjoy top-tier contracts, promising newcomers have been rewarded with central contracts to encourage their growth and commitment to the national side.
