Holi festival started with Rachna Jhanki on 23rd February at Aradhya Dev Shri Govind Devji Temple. 25 types of natural gulal were used in the tableau. A special creation tableau was seen from 12.30 to 1.45 in the afternoon.
On the first day, first revered Ganesh ji, Riddhi-Siddhi and other auspicious symbols were made. Now till Holi, various Leelas of Thakur ji will be shown with colorful gulal every day. Along with the Leelas of Thakur ji, a special tableau will also be decorated on the festival.
Temple Seva Adhikari Manas Goswami said – Holi Mahotsav was inaugurated with the composition tableau in Thakurji’s court on Sunday under the guidance of Mahant Anjan Kumar Goswami. In the second phase, colorful cultural events will be held continuously for six days.
More than 150 artistes will give Falguni performances in these six days. Along with local artists, there will also be artists from Shekhawati, Hadoti, Kolkata. Holikotsav will be organized from 7 to 9 March. In this, local artists and troupes of Jaipur will present Falguni bhajans.
