February GST collection nears ₹1.84 lakh crore
New Delhi, March 02, 2025.The government collected 1.84 lakh crore rupees from Goods and Services Tax (GST) in February 2025. On an annual basis, there was an increase of 9.1%. According to the data released on Saturday, March 1, a year ago in February 2024, the government collected 1.68 lakh crore rupees in GST. Meanwhile, in this financial year, i.e., 2024-25, 18.24 lakh crore rupees have been collected from GST so far.A month ago, in January, the government collected 1.96 lakh crore rupees from GST, which was 12.3% more compared to January last year.
