Moneyboxx Finance raises Rs 176 crore

New Delhi, September 13, 2024. Moneyboxx Finance, a NBFC providing business loans to micro entrepreneurs, on Friday said it raised Rs 176 crore to support growth plans. In a filing to BSE, the company announced the allotment of equity shares and warrants convertible to equity amounting to Rs 176 crore. The capital raise includes Rs 63 crore via preferential equity issue and Rs 113 crore via equity warrants from both promoters and non-promoters.

Moneyboxx Finance raises Rs 271 cr via equities

New Delhi, July 17, 2024. Non-banking financial company (NBFC) Moneyboxx Finance Ltd on Wednesday said it has garnered Rs 271 crore through issuance of equities to support its growth plans. The capital raise includes Rs 158 crore through preferential equity issue and Rs 113 crore through equity warrants to both promoters and non-promoters, Moneyboxx Finance said in a statement. Moneyboxx Finance is a BSE-listed NBFC that focuses on impact financing by providing business loans to micro entrepreneurs in Tier-III and below places.
