The Supreme Court on Friday refused to stay the re-test proposed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for 1,563 candidates who had appeared in the NEET-UG 2024 exam or postpone the counselling for medical college admissions slated to start on July 6. NEET UG 2024: Dharmendra Pradhan says ‘no paper leak

New Delhi, June 13, 2024. The Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday dismissed all reports of paper leaks in NEET UG 2024 and came out in support of NTA. “There is no evidence of a paper leak in NEET-UG. The allegations of corruption in NTA are unfounded, it is a very credible body,” Pradhan told reporters. Meanwhile, the Opposition demanded an SC-monitored investigation into the NEET UG matter. “The Congress believes that BJP govt attitude towards an ongoing NEET issue is irresponsible and insensitive. NTA reopens NEET UG 2024 application window 

New Delhi, April 09, 2024. NTA today has reopened the online application forms for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET (UG) 2024. Candidates who are yet to submit their forms can fill the applications at the official website — neet.ntaonline.in.  Earlier, the NTA had extended the registration deadline from March 9 to 16. “A few requests were received from the candidates to re-open the registration window of NEET (UG) – 2024 as they could not fill their form due to various unavoidable reasons,”
