Tesla to open first showroom in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex
New Delhi, March 02, 2025.Tesla, the world's largest electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, is set to open its first showroom in India in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC).The company has finalized a deal for a 4,000-square-foot space on the ground floor of a commercial tower, where it will display and sell its car models.Tesla will be paying approximately ₹900 per square foot in monthly lease rent, amounting to around ₹3.5 million per month, under a five-year lease agreement.Following Mumbai, Tesla is expected to open its second showroom in Delhi, likely in the Aerocity Complex.
