US Vice President JD Vance is on a four-day visit to India with his family from 21 to 24 April. During the trip, he visited Agra and Jaipur. On Wednesday, he was scheduled to visit the City Palace in Jaipur, but the visit was suddenly cancelled. Although no official reason was given, sources believe the cancellation may be linked to the recent terror attack in Pahalgam.
Vance and his family visited the Taj Mahal earlier in the day and are currently staying at Rambagh Palace. They will return to Washington early Thursday morning.
