Serum Institute of India (SII) CEO Adar Poonawala is buying a new house in London. According to media reports, Poonawala has made a deal to buy this house for 138 million pounds (about Rs 1,446 crore), which is the biggest deal of this year in terms of houses in London.
According to reports, this 25,000 square feet house is located near Hyde Park property in Mayfair, London. This house is about 100 years old and its name is Aberconway House. This is a company guest house that can be used to host event donor tech partners.
