Today, on the 22nd anniversary of the terrorist attack on Parliament, there was chaos in the Lok Sabha when two youths suddenly jumped down from the visitors’ gallery. At that time, BJP MP Khagen Murmu was presenting his views in the Lok Sabha. The youth jumped on the bench of the House and started moving forward. Meanwhile, he took out his shoe and sprayed something, due to which yellow smoke started spreading in the house.
There was chaos in the entire house. Meanwhile, some MPs surrounded and caught the youth. Congress MP Gurjit Singh Aujla told that I caught him first. Some people also beat up both the youths. After this he was handed over to the security personnel. Seeing all this, the Speaker adjourned the proceedings of the House till 2 pm.
