Amazon Music has announced that uses AI to “make it easier and way more fun to build playlists you want, when you want.”
Dubbed ‘Maestro’, the AI-powered playlist generator lets you create a playlist using prompts and even works with emojis, activities and sounds. The AI-generated playlist can also be saved if you want to listen later and share it with others.
With AI prone to hallucinations, Amazon notes that “the technology behind Maestro is new and won’t always get it right the first time.” The company also says it has implemented safeguards like blocking inappropriate prompts and offensive language.
