REC extends ₹ 4,785 Crore for HPCL Rajasthan Refinery’s project in Barmer

New Delhi, July 05, 2023. REC Limited has extended a loan of ₹ 4,785 crores to HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL), for setting up a green field refinery cum petrochemical complex in Barmer district, Rajasthan. The loan has been extended as part of a consortium arrangement for ₹ 48,625 crores, wherein the share of REC Limited is ₹ 4,785 crores. The refinery cum complex will have a capacity of 9 Million Metric Tonnes per Annum (MMTA), and would entail a total project cost of ₹ 72,937 crores. HRRL is a Joint Venture company of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Government of Rajasthan, incorporated on 18th September 2013. Tata Motors to take a marginal price hike on its passenger vehicles from July 17,2023

Mumbai, July 03, 2023. Tata Motors, India’s leading vehicle manufacturer has announced that it will increase prices of its passenger vehicles (ICE and EVs), effective July 17, 2023, on an average of 0.6% across models and variants. ₹1,61,497 crore gross GST revenue collected for June 2023; records 12% Year-on-Year growth

New Delhi, July 01, 2023. India's gross GST revenue collection in the month of June stood at Rs 1,61,497 crore, registering a rise of 12 per cent on a year-on-year basis. India, in April, saw a record-high GST collection of Rs 1.87 lakh crore and Rs 1,57,090 crore in May. Gross GST collection crossed Rs 1.6 lakh crore mark for 4th time since inception of GST, Rs 1.4 lakh crore for 16 months in a row and Rs 1.5 lakh crore 7 times since inception, said government.
