RAS mains exams 2023 results out

Ajmer, January 03, 2025.Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) on Thursday declared results of RAS (Rajasthan Administrative and Allied Services) mains exams 2023, selecting 2,168 candidates for interview against 905 posts. The dates of interviews will be notified later, RPSC secretary Ramniwas Mehta said.Mehta said results of two candidates remain sealed in an envelope as per directions of Rajasthan High Court. Results of 20 candidates have been cancelled due to their category change, and results of three candidates have been withheld because of administrative reasons.The cut-off for general category is at 262 marks, for EWS 262, for SC 235.35, for ST 249, for OBC 262, and for MBC 258.25 marks.

Jaipur, January 03, 2025.CCTV cameras will be installed at independent exam centres and those marked as sensitive by the district administration for Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) scheduled to be held on Feb 27, said Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) secretary Kailash Sharma on Thursday.The education department also plans to compile and distribute a list of blacklisted centres to various districts. District authorities have been issued instructions to scout new potential exam venues and notify RBSE regarding centres requiring supplementary CCTV installations.All activities at exam centres marked as sensitive will be monitored through CCTV cameras. E-books are being given preference because students can access information on any device, said the varsity officials.The university administration will soon issue a tender inviting bids for e-books to be purchased, which can be used by students both at the library and on their personal devices after downloading. Jaipur, November 21, 2024.Jaipur: Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) is gearing up to conduct a mock test next week through tablets over a wi-fi network. This is being done to check if exams can be conducted in "hybrid mode" in areas where exam centres with enough computers or secure LAN network are not available. Officials said this will also help reduce the risk of exam paper leaks."At present, we can only conduct exams with up to 20,000 candidates in the computer-based test (CBT) model, through LAN-based computers available in different private institutes.
