Gold futures fall on low demand

New Delhi, November 12, 2024. Gold prices on Tuesday declined Rs 282 to Rs 75,069 per 10 grams in futures trade amid weak global cues. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for December delivery traded lower by Rs 282 or 0.37 per cent at Rs 75,069 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 10,582 lots. Analysts attributed the fall in gold prices to weak global cues.

Gold falls Rs 150; silver slumps Rs 300

Jaipur, May 08, 2024. Gold prices fell by Rs 150 to Rs 72,300 per 10 grams in the national capital on Wednesday amid a decline in precious metal rates in the global markets, according to HDFC Securities. The yellow metal had ended at Rs 72,450 per 10 grams in the previous session. Silver prices also slumped Rs 300 to Rs 84,700 per kg. It had finished at Rs 85,000 per kg in the previous close.

Gold prices climbed Rs 250 to Rs 63,750 per 10 grams in the national capital on Tuesday in line with a firm trend in global markets, according to HDFC Securities.The precious metal had ended at Rs 63,500 per 10 grams in the previous trade."Gold prices advanced on Tuesday, with spot gold prices in the Delhi markets trading up by Rs 250 following a bullish trade in the overseas markets," said Saumil Gandhi, Senior Analyst - Commodities, HDFC Securities.

Gold remains flat; silver falls Rs 100

Jaipur, August 04, 2023. Gold price remained flat at Rs 60,100 per 10 gram in the national capital on Friday, according to HDFC Securities. However, silver fell by Rs 100 to Rs 74,900 per kilogram. In the global market, gold was flat at USD 1,934 per ounce while silver was down at USD 23.47 per ounce.
