Jaipur, May 08, 2025.An Akasa Air flight (QP-1146) from Delhi to Ahmedabad was diverted to Jaipur Airport late Monday night due to adverse weather conditions over Ahmedabad. The flight, which was originally scheduled to land in Ahmedabad, touched down in Jaipur around 1:25 am.The unexpected diversion left over 170 passengers, including children, elderly, and women, stranded at Jaipur Airport for nearly 12 hours without proper arrangements.Passengers were allowed to disembark only after about an hour and a half, and then directed to the arrival lounge.
