IBM Report: Average cost of a data breach in India touched INR 179 million in 2023

IBM (NYSE: IBM) Security today released its annual Cost of a Data Breach Report,[1]showingthe average cost of a data breach in India reached INR 179 million in 2023 – an all-time high for the report and almost a 28% increase since 2020. The Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank (“the Bank”) approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, at the Board meeting held in Mumbai, today.
