Jaisalmer, April 18, 2025.In response to severe heatwave in Jaisalmer, district collector Pratap Singh issued an order Thursday to alter school timings for students from Grade 1 to 8. The new toll rates will be effective from Monday midnight.The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has increased rates at one toll booth on Jaipur Ring Road, Daulatpura booth on Ajmer-Delhi bypass, and at Manoharpur and Shahjahanpur tolls on Jaipur-Delhi Old Highway. Earlier, toll tax was also increased on the Jaipur-Kishangarh highway.According to the new rates, car drivers will now have to pay Rs 200 instead of Rs 190 at the Shahjahanpur toll. National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) will open this flyover for public use from March 25. After this, traffic will start on the Bhankrota flyover.
